The preciousness of peace (President's message)
In response to the news of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, on behalf of Gifu Kyoritsu University, I sincerely hope that a peaceful solution will be promptly achieved.
The application for establishment approval submitted by the university in September 1966 states that "the university's mission is to contribute to world peace and welfare through industrial promotion" as one element of its founding philosophy. I hope that our students will embrace the sentiments of their predecessors and once again think about the preciousness of peace.
